# GuruSetu

> GuruSetu is a teacher-learning resource for faculty in Indian higher education. It offers practical lessons on academic careers, policy, pedagogy, assessment, ethics, technology, psychological literacy, diversity, equity and inclusion, and research.

GuruSetu lesson pages may include a video, an editorial summary, highlights, a mind map, flashcards, and links to further reading. Some videos are GuruSetu originals; others are carefully selected public videos from external educators. Video viewing and member features require email sign-in. Linked official or primary sources should be used for formal policy, legal, medical, and institutional decisions.
